Being third generation Marshall Alumni, it is very important to me to be able to source great candidates from the school that helped to lay my foundation. I was so impressed with the readiness of the candidates. They had done their homework and could recite facts about Olinger and Red Bull from memory. They were very eager to learn about the position, and excited for the opportunity to interview.
